"The
Northern California Section is governed by our founding charter, as well
as our by-laws. Both of these documents have been revised in the past to
those which currently govern our section. We are currently in the
process of updating our by-laws, which were last up-dated in 1997. Matt
Boyer (Dokken Engineering) has revised these by-laws to reflect
necessary changes which have occurred within our Section, District 6,
and ITE International. These DRAFT 2008 by-laws are currently being
reviewed by the District 6 By-Laws Committee, and will be provided here
for your review upon their approval. These changes will be submitted to
voting members for their approval as soon as possible. Please check back
for updates on this process.”
