In early 2019, SACOG selected Replica from an RFP process as the data vendor for their Big Data Pilot Project for Transportation Planning. Replica is a new approach to present the regional travel patterns based on the latest big data. The data in the Replica online platform includes all person trips made by SACOG residents and visitors, and commercial vehicle trips. Hear why SACOG selected Replica, how they validated Replica’s data, lessons learned, and how they are using Replica to help with SB 743 implementation and other initiatives.
